Response to COVID-19 and amedned opening hours

17th March 2020

Due to multiple issues around coronavirus and COVID-19, we are having to make changes to our opening hours for the foreseeable future.

From Wednesday 18th March 2020 our opening hours will be 10:00 – 12:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only.

Cottsway House itself will be closed to visitors from this date, but we will continue to work from Cottsway House. Clients will need to enter at the back of the building, to the far corner of the Cottsway car park where there is a double wooden gate which leads to the access door.

There will be signs directing those referred to this entrance and you will be met at this access door by a volunteer.

We are also adopting Emergency Food Boxes as part of these changes, which means the contents of food parcels will be pre-packed in cardboard boxes.

We will continue to monitor the situation as it progresses, and follow all recommended government advice for the safety and health of both our volunteers and clients, and will update this website as and when situations change.

We are doing all we can to stay open in these unprecedented times, and appreciate your patience for any inconveniences as a result of these significant changes in our operation.

We intend to revert to our normal hours and level of service once the authorities give the “all clear”.
